Save some compliments for yourself.

Too many of us are quick to give them out, yet we save the hate and doubt for ourselves.

Speak love into your being.

No matter how much you hate your nose or the way your thighs touch or the way you can’t look or live up to society’s expectations of “beauty”,
protect your heart.

Your heart is where the true essence of your beauty lies.

What you choose to observe with your eyes, what you choose to hear with your ears, what you choose to believe in your mind and what you choose to absorb into your being, can potentially seep into your heart and mould you into a beauty or a beast.

So be careful what you allow or put up with in your life. Surround yourself with the lovers, the nice people, the wise, the caring, the believers.

You are what you speak 💖

Upskill, Uplift, Uphold.

Don’t be two-faced. Introduce the gossiper in you, to the gospel in you.

Be the kind of woman that brings women together, not the kind of woman that holds the bridge to unite everyone but continues to play the role of the troll.

Go out of your way to escape from the sin, instead of making others feel uncomfortable in their skin.

Pray for God’s direction and blessings on your new ventures, pray for perserverance and passion in existing ones and pray for strength and guidance in any failed ones.

It is better to try on many hats and fail with God in your life, than to have too many faces and succeed with satan by your side.

Be you and be true and let God handle the rest🙌

Your daughter is watching you. What kind of woman are you raising?

As mothers, we are usually (but not always) our daughters first example of what a woman is.

Our words, our actions and our very being are being observed through the eyes of our innocent yet curious daughters who are often mistaken as “just kids” so we think they don’t understand. But love and hate don’t need an explaination to be understood. As the saying goes “actions speak louder than words” so everything we do and say echoes through our home and rest in our babies hearts.

We and the women we choose to surround ourselves with, set the standards of how they expect a woman “should” act or be treated.

So please be conscious of the decisions you make in your life and invest in your childrens manners, their health, their education, their friends and their general well being as it not only stops at them, those traits and habits get passed onto their children and their grandchildren and so on.

I for one am far far faaaaar from a perfect example and still have a lot to learn as a mother and a woman but for starters, I’m not following the rules of the world anymore, I’m trusting in God’s word and my prayers to guide me and my family and trying my best to protect their innocence in a world that is trying to expose our children to satan’s work quicker than you can eat a snicker 😩

Our children are our future and most women (not all) have a big influence in how things are run in the household, although we may not be the head of the family, we are the heart and the strength of our home so let your daughter see who God made you to be ✊💖👑

I’m worth it.

Stop bending over backwards for guys that can’t be upfront with you.

Don’t drop everything in a heartbeat for a guy that won’t lift you up in a heartbreak.

Why you tripping over a guy whose chasing other girls?

You don’t need to get into his bed, to get ahead.

Don’t leave a good man for a guy that wants a “bad bitch”.

I’m tired of seeing women being disrespected and unappreciated by some men.

No amount of years in a relationship is worth your tears. No amount of sex is worth the pain. No amount of money is worth your dignity. No amount of man is worth your woman!

We deserve to be loved right, we deserve to be held tight. We deserve someone to be there for us in the day and through the night.

Don’t waste your time questioning is he worth all the pain and shame he’s putting you through.

Naaaaw sis, are YOU worth all the pain and shame he’s putting you through!

Stop sitting on the fence of self doubt and start standing up on the roof of self love!

We are worth it ✊

Exercise, Energize & Moisterize.

“Do not let your adorning be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine clothing. But let it be the hidden nature of the heart, that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.” – 1 Peter 3:3-4.

Sitting at 28 years old, I am yet to have met a woman that doesn’t want to be beautiful. When I say beautiful, I don’t just mean the outer shell, the vessel that carries our true essence, but beautiful in the way we love, the way we speak, and the way we treat others. The real heart and true core of our souls.

Does that mean there aren’t any women out there who don’t care about being beautiful? I don’t know, because I can only speak on the women I have met or encountered in my short yet interesting journey through life. But even those women, are only a small portion of the billions of women in this world. So while reading this, bare in mind that this is about my experience with women, not yours, not hers, but mine.

Too many of our women are falling into the traps of today’s culture. A culture that goes against what our Heavenly Father would want for his daughters. A culture that has allowed the artificial and the superficial define what’s hot and what’s not.

So what you’re about to read are my 3 beauty tips that I encourage all women to think about or apply as “make-up” in their life.

Most women these days are always on the hunt for the easiest and fastest ways to lose weight. Whether it be drinking the latest detox teas & eating paleo diets, to waist trainers and wraps. Sadly some turn to extreme measures like liposuction and bulimia.

But exercising is not only good for you physically, it’s also vital to help sustain your health mentally and emotionally. And that’s where “energize” comes in.

Having the right energy is essential for your well being. If your energy is negative, then you’ll attract negative energy, but if your energy is positive, then you attract positive energy. Sounds so simple, yet so many people don’t get it.

We all have different ways of maintaining our energy levels. Some people like to meditate, others visit psychiatrist but I like to pray.

Praying is the confidence we have in appproaching God, and knowing that whatever we ask of Him, it’s taken care of, only if it’s according to His will. So it gives me peace to know that whenever something doesn’t work out, I know God has other plans for me. I don’t waste no more time thinking of the shoulda, woulda, coulda’s, instead I focus on everything that’s going right in my life. So don’t be angry at God when things don’t go your way or ask Him to do this for you then you’ll do this for Him. It’s important to remember that God gives us love with benefits, so we shouldn’t serve Him with conditions.

As someone who has had eczema her whole life, I think this tip is mainly for myself plus it rhymed lol but I did want to touch on the importance of being able to love the skin you’re in. I myself am not a big make up fan, and I’m not saying that anyone that wears make up is ugly, but I feel I look better without it. I’m not conceited, I just prefer my natural look to wearing make up. And I’m sorry to say this, but everybody is starting to look the same to me. The eyebrows, the whiteness under the eyes. We’re losing our originality, our independance in the way we look. I have family members and friends who can’t leave the house without make up and it makes me sad because they’re the most gorgeous women I know! Make up is great to enhance our features, but it’s used as an armour for some to hide behind. Embrace your flaws ladies! It’s so liberating to love yourself with no conditions! Don’t wait until you’ve lost 10 kgs or when you’ve got your face beat. Love yourself the way you want to be loved. Don’t wait for validation or praise from those around you, know that God made you and He makes no mistakes. Dress yourself with dignity and strength and have no fear for the future, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made.

She’s royal.

“Now if we are children, then we are heirs – heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.” – Romans 8:17.

I truly believe, every women that walks on this earth, should be treated like a queen. Whether you’re my family member, my friend, my enemy or a stranger, I genuinely feel we all deserve love, appreciation and respect from those around us, but unfortunately that’s not how this world operates.

Sadly there are still men (and women) out there who continue to abuse us, mistreat us, deceive us and never believe in us. Therefore creating doubt, insecurities, bitterness, and many other weaknesses of the mind and bruising of the soul.

But what I want you all to know is, you are the daughter of the most High!

Whether you believe in Him or not, we are part of one body, we belong to His royal family. We don’t need confirmation or validation from any man or women to know that we are royal. For our Heavenly Father Jehovah, is the King of all kings. He is the ruler of earth and the creator of mankind. He reigns over all nations and sits on His holy throne, waiting for His children to return home, from doing His work here on earth.

Jesus said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.”  –John 14:1-2

There is a place for you in the Kingdom of Heaven! We only need to believe and receive that Jesus Christ is our Lord and savior. Whatever you’re going through, use your story to give God all the glory. So whenever life gets you down, let our Father hold you up! When people knock you down, let your sisters fix your crown. We are in this together!

We are a family and we are royal.

We are daughters of the most high, sisters through Christ and queens in real life.

You my sister, are royal!
